AUSTRALIAN PRIVACY STATEMENT · VERSION AU-1.0 · 10 AUGUST 2026
Australian privacy statement
This statement describes how Netwerkers B.V. handles personal information relating to Australian TRP users in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Responsible organisation
Netwerkers B.V., Olaertsduynstraat 13, 2665 HK Bleiswijk, the Netherlands, Dutch Chamber of Commerce number 92664466. Privacy contact: info@trpforme.com.
Information we collect
We may process the therapist or organisation name, business email address, password-derived security data, subscription and plan status, billing address and country, customer type, payment status, invoice records, support correspondence and limited security and IP metadata. For Australian turnover monitoring and future tax compliance we may also process an Australian Business Number, a business-use declaration and Mollie payment references.
Information TRP is not designed to collect
TRP does not require a client account and is not designed to store a client name, diagnosis, treatment record, appointment, audio, video, recording, clinical note or treatment outcome. Users must not place health information or treatment information in account, technical or support fields. Live session rooms and transient stimulus state are removed after the session in accordance with the service design.
Purposes
We use personal information to create and secure accounts, provide subscriptions, authenticate users, process payments and tax, issue invoices, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain availability, meet legal record-keeping duties and respond to rights or complaints. We do not sell personal information or use client health information for advertising or profiling.
Disclosure and overseas processing
Information may be processed by STRATO in Germany for hosting; Mollie in the European Economic Area for payments; Stripe for tax calculation; and Google, Microsoft or Zoom when the customer chooses the relevant integration. Processing and storage may therefore occur in the Netherlands, Germany, other EEA countries, the United States and other countries in which those providers lawfully operate. Netwerkers B.V. takes reasonable contractual, organisational and technical steps to protect information disclosed or made available overseas.
Security and retention
We use access control, password hashing, encrypted transport, restricted administrative access, logging, backups and incident procedures appropriate to the information and risks. Live session data is transient. Tax and invoice records are generally retained for the legally required administrative period. Other information is deleted or de-identified when no longer reasonably required, unless retention is required by law or for a current dispute or security investigation.
Access, correction and complaints
You may ask for access to or correction of personal information we hold about you. You may also submit a privacy complaint. Contact info@trpforme.com without including client or treatment information. We will verify the requester and respond within a reasonable period. If a complaint is not resolved, an eligible person may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Data breaches
We assess suspected breaches under our incident procedure. Where the Australian Notifiable Data Breaches scheme applies and an eligible data breach is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner and affected individuals as required.
Changes
We will update the version and date when this statement materially changes. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated through an appropriate account or email notice.
